It is with a mix of emotions that I write this to you today. After 10 incredible years of running Hi-Line Automotive, formerly known as LJ Automotive, I must inform you that our beloved shop will be closing its doors on July 1st. This decision weighs heavily on my heart as it marks the end of an era for our family business.
When my son Jessy and I first opened LJ Automotive a decade ago, it was a dream come true. Together, we embarked on this journey, fueled by our shared love for cars and our desire to serve our community. Over the years, we have had the privilege of getting to know each and every one of you, building lasting relationships that extend far beyond the realm of automotive repairs.
It saddens me to share that we are parting ways with the business due to circumstances beyond our control. The property owners have decided to build condominiums, leaving us with no choice but to bid farewell to the place we have called home for so long. Despite our best efforts, there are no available shops in the area that meet our needs.
It is important to express my deep gratitude to you, our cherished customers, who have been the lifeblood of LJ/HI-Line Automotive. Your unwavering support, trust, and loyalty have been the driving force behind our success. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you for choosing us as your trusted mechanics, for allowing us to care for your vehicles, and for becoming part of our extended family.
The memories we have created together are truly priceless. I remember the laughter shared in the waiting area, the stories exchanged, and the genuine friendships that blossomed. It has been an honor to be a part of your lives and witness the milestones you’ve reached. I will forever cherish these moments and carry them with me as cherished memories.
It is with a heavy heart that I bid you farewell. Saying goodbye is never easy, but I am comforted by the thought that our paths may cross again someday. The legacy of LJ/HI-Line Automotive lives on through the connections we have made, the trust we have earned, and the values we have upheld.
